Moonlit Botanicals is all about taking a moment….noticing, being present. For most of us we have to work at doing these things that should come so naturally.

It’s my belief that two very simple things can help us to do this.

Bringing the power, beauty and healing abilities of nature back in to our lives and aligning ourselves with the phases of the moon; a natural self care routine to remind us to take a moment to rest, notice the beauty and be present and intentional in our own lives.​​
