I’m a mum of two living in Dorking, Surrey, with a slight obsession with candles and filling my home with aromatherapy scents that make me feel really good.

In recent years I have learnt that my emotions, ambitions and energy levels are almost totally mirrored by the phases of the moon.

 

Since meeting an incredible ‘moon mentor’ (she’ll crucify me for that nickname!) I have been able to harness these energies better and live my life with more purpose, intention and awareness. It’s changed things for me A LOT and I’m excited to share this with others in any small way I can.
